Kendall Runyan is a high school senior at Central Kitsap High School and a dual-enrollment student at Olympic College. As Miss Washington’s Teen, she advocates for early literacy through her 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Read to Achieve, which she founded 10 years ago. In her free time, she enjoys performing, cheering on the sidelines, and serving her community.
